Alternates straight and crimped wires in a slotted screen design with an elongated opening. Unlike a traditional slotted screen, the crimped wires absorb energy and vibrate rapidly providing a "self-cleaning" action. This weave can be configured for specific applications and works well in high moisture applications such as desanding, and pulling fines for superpave.

A combination of straight wire and a crimped wire in a square opening design. The straight wire gives good vibration, making it ideal where pegging is a problem as in coal mining, virgin asphalt, wash plants, and mason sand.

Clean Weave

Wire Works replacement weave for Veno type screens. It is designed with a combination of straight wires and crimped wires rotated 90 degrees or flat. This is an exceptional weave for eliminating blinding while providing accurate sizing and maximum production.

Harp Wire Screens

Designed in a standard piano wire screen style. It is ideal for top soil production, sand, coal, and gravel screening.
