Silver Top Supply offers a quality,
mill-rolled plate that provides uniform hardness through the full
thickness of the plate. The competition's plate is typically mild
steel that is surface heat treated to increase the hardness of the
skin, producing a 'soft core' and 'soft spots' that wear plate
prematurely. Our superior punch plate is made from an exclusive, hot
mill-roll, certified AR steel. We call it “Hard Core”. Our “Hard Core”
plate will hold up to your toughest abrasion and impact applications.

Our panels are single-hole punched and plasma cut,
allowing us to maximize open area, provide pattern versatility and
give you the fastest turnaround in the industry. We blank out areas
for support bars to increase production and reduce machine wear. Skid
bars can be added and blankout areas can be used to extend your plate
life and improve screening performance.
Plate Patterns:
Our plate is available with round, square, rectangular, oblong, hex or
slotted holes in a wide variety of patterns. Our engineering staff
will fax you detailed CAD drawings of your plate for your approval. We
supply plate for all OEM machines.
Plate Materials:
We offer plate in Hard Core, AR500, AR400, high carbon, stainless
steel and other alloys in a full range of thicknesses.
